Basic provisions

Terms and conditions apply to purchase on the website www.evolum.net. These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller (supplier) on the one hand and the buyer (customer) on the other.

The seller and operator of the online store www.evolum.net is:

Buyer (consumer) – is a natural or legal person who purchases products or uses services for a purpose other than business (eg for personal consumption or for family members).

Buyer (entrepreneur) – a buyer who is not a consumer – is a person who, in concluding and performing the purchase contract, acts within the scope of his business or other business activity.

Seller (supplier) – is a natural person – an entrepreneur or a legal entity with whom the buyer will conclude a contract in case of purchase (order).

All contractual relations between the seller and the buyer are concluded following the law of the Slovak Republic. If the contracting party is a consumer, the legal relations not governed by the General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended, by Act no. 250/2007 Coll. Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and Act No. 108/2000 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order Sales, as amended. If the contracting party is an entrepreneur, the legal relations not governed by the General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended.

Specification of provided services

Evolum service will only be used for promotional purposes of the Client’s Instagram account. The Client undertakes to give the Service Provider full access to the Instagram account (login + password). Evolum uses the Client’s Instagram account to target specific Instagram goals. This is a very legitimate version of the marketing method that increases the number of followers on the client’s account. The Provider does not bind in any way to a specific number of new followers, comments and “likes” in the Customer’s account. The number of new followers depends on the quality and interest of the selected Instagram network segment by the customer.Evolum in the target Instagram network segment responds to the given segment posts, the provider cannot guarantee responses to the content with the appropriate material. The Service Provider is entitled, especially due to unexpected situations, to change the agreed conditions – however, he shall immediately inform the Customer of the change. If the customer does not agree with the changes, he must inform the provider within 5 days or withdraw from the contract. Otherwise, it accepts the terms.

Delivery and payment terms

The delivery of the ordered service will be realized in the shortest possible time according to the seller’s operational possibilities.

The delivery date starts on the day of the binding confirmation of order start. In exceptional cases, if the service cannot be delivered within the agreed deadline, you will be promptly informed by the seller of this fact. The Customer agrees that by paying the Instabreakfast service, he understands and accepts all terms and conditions of the provided services. In the event of fraudulent conduct by the Customer, the Service Provider reserves the right to interrupt the Service without any claim for reimbursement of any amount paid.

The customer pays for the ordered service through Stripe payment gateway (https://stripe.com) or card payments through PayPal company to the provider. Paypal’s payment gateway can also be used to pay for ordered service. The buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price stated in the seller’s online store for the acquired Instabreakfast service at the time of ordering the service. Blue Lime s.r.o. is not a VAT payer. The seller reserves the right of printing errors. The purchase price will be considered as paid only after crediting the entire purchase price for a separate part of the delivery to the seller’s account. The invoice issued based on the purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is simultaneously a tax document and is sent to the buyer electronically. At the request of the buyer, the invoice can also be sent by post. Acceptance of the service by the buyer is possible only after its full payment, unless agreed otherwise.

Claims and refunds

The customer has the right to request an interruption of the Evolum service within 5 working days from the start of processing his order. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to notify such a request by sending an electronic message to the provider’s mailbox [email protected] or [email protected] . Evolum service provider reserves the right of 2 working days to register the application and subsequently assess – compliance or rejection. If the request is approved, the Evolum services will be turned off after the request has been met, from the date the customer informs the customer by email. If approved, the customer will be refunded the amount corresponding to the number of days from the service shutdown to the end of the originally agreed period of service and the hourly rate of 5 € / hour will be deducted to analyze and pair the client’s Instagram profile with evolum.


The Client undertakes to use Evolum site only in a manner that respects the terms of the Instagram site service. Evolum service provider is not responsible in any way for blocking or deleting an Instagram photo in the Client’s account. Evolum provider is not responsible for any damage to the Client’s account or business. Evolum makes no guarantees of any kind for the services provided to the customer. Because Evolum uses an Internet connection to provide the service, the availability of the website is not always guaranteed.

Copyright of the Seller

The Customer undertakes not to distribute texts, photos used on the Instabreakfast Provider’s website without the Provider’s written consent. Evolum and its services, which are the subject of sale on this site, are the sole intellectual property of the seller within the meaning of Act no. 185/2015 Coll. Copyright Act. The Buyer is entitled to use the Evolum service provided solely for its purposes.

Withdrawal from the contract

According to the Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on the protection of consumers in the sale of provided services on the basis of a distance or off-premises contract of the seller and amending and supplementing certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) under Section 7 et seq. right of withdrawal from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from on the day of service takeover. You can use the following form to withdraw from the contract: Withdrawal from the contract. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to services as defined in §7 para. 6 písm. a) to l) of Act no. 102/2014. Z.z. The withdrawal costs shall be borne by the consumer.

If the buyer or user of the Evolum website has consented to the processing of personal data when registering for marketing purposes, he has agreed to send especially e-mail messages to the contact e-mail address. The buyer can withdraw his consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. From now on, we will no longer use the personal information you provide for marketing purposes.

Final provisions

By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has read these terms and conditions and fully agrees with them. The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The obligation to notify the change of business conditions in writing is fulfilled by placing it on the website www.evolum.net
