2.Sign in to your mailbox and fill in your real name and surname as the sender of the message.
3. Now we can move to the form itself.
Enter the following address into your web browser:
Does your account represent a business, product, or service?
Click “NO” and then send.
4.Fill in the following form with a similar style.
A) In the box, enter the same name as your email address under the sender.
B) Your account username you are about to recover.
C) Your email address. </ Em>
D) Country where you come from – Forget that you are sitting at your desktop computer and connected under a Slovak IP address. Always include US!
5. After completing the form, you should receive a similar email from Instagram within a few minutes.
6. Follow the instructions in the emails – write your name, Instagram username, received code and a nice selfie on a piece of paper. Attach this selfie as an attachment and send it back to email as a reply.
7.After sending an email, you have no more than to wait for a reply to see if your account has been reinstated. There is no time for customer support to respond. Usually it takes 12 hours, sometimes a day sometimes it can take longer.
8.If you manage to unblock your account, you will receive a response similar to the one in the picture and you can log back in and use your account again.
If your email with the attached selfie does not receive support within 24 hours, do not hesitate to resubmit (if you can change the alias of your email account) there are no rules how many requests can take and how many times you can respond. Customer support handles hundreds of such requests every day, sometimes you can unblock your account for the first time, or for the second time.
There are no magic unlocking or agency services, the process of requests and equipment is always the same. You can also try to resubmit your application if your email does not match your Instagram account email. We want strong nerves and the least similar situation.
